I'm planning on going to an upcoming expo in February in Portland and was just sort of wondering if there is any thing I should really make sure not to miss since there are lots of options I'm sure that are going to be available. There is a chance that I might have a cooking demo at the expo and am still in talks with the planners about this. Any thoughts or recommendations?
