Credentialed with Medicare, not with Humana

I have recently moved into the private practice world and need help with this

question. I am credentialed with Medicare/Medicaid but not with Humana. If

patient has Humana Medicare Replacement Plan, how does that work. I haven't

started with this patient yet, so have not submitted claim, therefore no

denials, but am trying to troubleshoot this.
