Guest guest
Connie, Tammy and Jolie,Thanks for your feedback! Don't know yet just how we'll solve the rebif dilemma, but temporarily using saturday as a shot day seems to be a good idea. 's neuro has said that missing one shot is not a big deal - but that one shouldn't make it a habit, and definitely never skip two in a row. It was in the context of explaining that if she would some time remember late at night, on a wednesday or monday, that she has forgot the shot, it would be better to just skip it than to make the time between shots less than 48h (if you take it very late at night on a monday or wednesday, you'd have to wait up to just as late on the next shot, so that it'd still be 48h between). has never skipped it, though. Partly she's worried she might start to make it a habit if she started to allow herself that, and partly the need hasn't really arised since she has her handheld computer (she got that from work as a part of their making accomodations to her MS-diagnosis - it has been a real help) reminding her to take her medications (as well as reminding her to go to meetings etc at work). Do those of you on Rebif get regular blood work done? And if so, do you get instructions on when to take or not take your shot in the time near that? I am asking because had her first of those tests a couple of months ago, and the instruction was that she should be off Rebif (i.e. not take any shot) for at least 48h before the testing. She managed that by wiggling her schedule around a little, but another time she might have to skip a shot to be able to follow that instruction. love/Reb>> Or maybe it's more of a rebif+paracetamol dilemma. > > Anyway, May 30 will mark the 10th anniversary of our wedding, and we> were thinking about visiting the restaurant where we held the wedding> party, and toast in some of that sparkling wine we had at our wedding> reception.
