Guest guest
Clear Day Hi all: I'm doing an OP note, an excision of an infected Procol graft, and the surgeon says " There was some purulent material in the axilla which was sent for culture. The wound was then _________ s/l Pulsavac'd. " This is a verbatim account in that I cannot recast the sentence, although I could correct his grammar or change he/she or left/right discrepancies. Does that look right? Pulsavac'd? Anybody know where I could find something like this documented. I did look under backformations and coined terms in my brand new BOS, but it wasn't much help. Thanks in advance. jantranscribes@... " Typing is my life. " " Whoever signs the paycheck makes the rules. "
