Guest guest Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 We are looking to hire a PT to be a Wellness Director in our outpatient clinic. For any of you that have done something similar, how did you structure their pay? We are thinking of paying a " fair " rate based on their experience as a PT, and then after a certain amount of time (possibly 6 months), add bonus structure based on target numbers reached. They will be doing about 15 hours of PT work, the rest will be wellness, including sales for classes/ retraining packages, teaching the classes and retraining and managing any other Wellness staff that we need to teach classes, etc. Has any one had success/ problems doing it this way? Any other ideas that have worked well for you in your clinics? We are just starting to run some numbers and trying to figure out the best way to do this for us, any advice would be most welcome!
