Guest guest Posted October 25, 2002 Report Share Posted October 25, 2002 We've used it for allergic reactions but you need to be careful not to use it too much or it will over alkalize the body and then you tend to get heartburn and sometimes body pain. Are you sure this is yeast die-off as opposed to allergy to something in the probiotics? Have you tried changing to another brand that uses different fillers and/or a non-milk-based source? Check with the company that makes the product. Often they are advertised as dairy free when they are cultured on dairy but then remove the dairy.
