He has a rash, right pretibial region, which did not improve with

Eucerin cream. On exam today, there is a patchy, erythematous

confluence, somewhat eczematous in appearance. I have recommended a

Dermatology referral, given its ____(s/l crinisity), he agrees.

Any ideas?

Debbie, Probably chronicity, which most doctors pronounce as chrinicity.
