Hi I don't know if this is what you are looking for but this is the closest

I could find in Stedman's abbreviations. Hope this helps. BUSEG.

Hi y'all:

I swear OB-GYN is gonna be the death of me. This fast-talking doctor is

using some abbreviation here that I can't document. I have a feeling it's

something that everyone knows but me! (Ever get that feeling, or am I just

that insecure?)

This is on a patient with suspected ectopic pregnancy.

Pelvic: ________ [s/l V-U-S-V or B-U-S-B] is normal. Vault is normal. Os

is closed. Uterus minimally enlarged. Adnexae: No adnexal tenderness.

Skene's glands, vulva, vagina
