Guest guest
Cheryl, I broke a chair too! And you're right! How embarassing! I was at home, but had a friend over. Not a really, really good friend. A relatively new friend who thought it was hilarious! She made sure I knew how hilarious it was. Wasn't that kind of her? Problem was that it was the chair my roommate and I used at our computer. It also happened to be to the dining room set his grandparents left him. Oy! That was ruff! About a month later he sat down in another chair from the set and broke it. I don't feel so bad anymore. We have five chairs left!
Guest guest
Cheryl I totally relate!!! I won't set at my dining table because I am afraid I will break the chairs. I once broke a rocking chair at my cousin's house , my face was TOTALLY red = so humiliating. The bad thing is, that normal size people could have blamed the restaurant for the accident and at the least got a free meal. But since we are overweight = it was our fault....i love your sense of humorLOL Kathy
