drug help.. I'm stumped

I guess old age has struck again.. I know I have heard this drug before, but

I just can't find it. It's just in a list of drugs.. but the patient has

atrial fibrillation... anyway, here's the list: Coumadin, Atacand, s/l

thambicor (that's the stumper), potassium chloride, HCTZ, Toprol, and

diltiazem.

I know I've run into the s/l thambicor before, but I just can't find it and

it's really bugging me. Anybody know?? Thanks in advance.
