The more specific the example the better. For example: .. Flexible schedule to accommodate life needs .. Two strata of compensation: Pay for productivity for the less risk averse and salaried for the more risk averse .. The ability to see additional of client visits over their regular schedule in order to earn additional (pre-approved) time off. Innovative models and suggestions are appreciated.
