RE: Manual Medical Review Process/Therapy Cap Open Door Forum

We are aware of the $1880 PT cap, and the $3700 threshold requiring medical

review. We are in the state of Florida, and we are in phase I. Where can

we get the information for the total dollars used in physical therapy for

patients. The Medicare IVR only gives the amount of the physical therapy

cap used/remaining, unless I have missed a prompt. Thank you.
