Guest guest
He was very lucky indeed.I wanted to ask you all a question about my insurance (car). It has been more then 3 weeks since the accident and not one person from my company has called. I called on the Monday after the accident to report it and was given a claim number...okay no problem with that. But I called for 2 weeks asking anyone who answered the phone with "the company" when someone was going to come out to look at the van and give me an answer to "Is my van totaled or fixable and all that stuff" They finally sent a lady out on the 14th. She took pictures and said that her report would be back at the insurance office by the 16th. I called Friday the 16th and still only reached my claim workers voice mail which was full so I couldn't even leave a message. I called back and they said they could not look in the "whole" file cause only the claim person could do that. I have called since the 9th for a manager..or a supervisors supervisor and only reach voice mail for them and they still haven't called me back. The accident took place the 25th of April and I called it in on morning of the 28th of April. Am I being to impatient??? In more then 3 weeks, I have not received one phone call from anyone. I want my van fixed or paid for so I can go get me a new one, I need it now not months from now. I called again 4 times yesterday and received only voice mails for each person (IE..claim worker assigned to us, her supervisor, and the supervisors supervisor) still by 5 pm my time, I had NOT received one call. I am thinking I need to find an attorney to get something done. Am I just impatient? Does any on have any suggestions? Thanks Connie wrote: He's a lucky boy he wasn't hurt worse than he was!
