Guest guest
Can you let me know what grains are addictive? I have bran flakes for breakfast some days and try to think they are Wheaties. Thank you for the advice. I will try the Vitamin C > C wrote: > Sugar and grains are very addictive.
Guest guest
Hi, I am at a different computer, so I don't have all my bookmarks to post links. If you are serious about finding more info, there are many books out there. I have in my library, " Dangerous Grains " . 2 more books are " Life without Bread " , and " Beer Belly " Some people can handle some seeds, which can be different than grains, but even those have to be soaked(fermented). Any grains need to be fermented. Because of digestive issues, and antibiotic use, a great many of us cannot handle even seeds well, even low in carbs. My digestion is better, but still not that good. Even grains properly prepared are high in starch, and the substances in them have addictive properties. You can have some eggs and butter (real butter) for breakfast, and a bit of coconut oil. The coconut oil you have to start slow and gradually increase. If I eat that way, I have no more low blood sugar, and sugar cravings. I take 2 b complex a day, as well as 4000 mg c in divided doses, and 400 iu E a day, and as for cod liver oil, and A they differ by the company, so telling you how much I take would not let you see how much I get out of them. Guest guest
Hi, Actually the book is Wheat Belly. I have not read it myself, but without grains you will lose weight. I lost 20 pounds, and it got me down to about 95/100 lb, and I am 5 feet, slim build so is right for me. C. > M. G. wrote: > Can you let me know what grains are addictive?
