Hi Donna-Lee,

Have you tried contacting your vendor and asking them about new electrodes?  I

had an issue at one point with pads for my TENS unit and the vendor (PM me for

the company, they are AWESOME) were so helpful.  There is also a

skin protectant  that you can apply prior to applying the electrode pad to

prevent skin irritation.
