Guest guest Posted February 20, 2012 Report Share Posted February 20, 2012 I received a title for a Yoga video from my counselor and I still haven't used it but won't do anything unless there is no one in the house. Hubby will work on Tuesday and that would be a good time to get out my yoga mat. And I have to work on getting up in the morning. since either I am a night owl or a 3rd shift due to sleeping too much during the day, which isn't good for going to doctor appointments either.
