Cabbage Rolls / Pigs in a Blanket

Your cabbage rolls sound like what we might call " pigs in a blanket " here in

PA. They also have a Polish name of Halushki (spelling questionable).

Shortly after your post, I saw Tracie listed pigs in a blanket at 1 point

each. I'm not sure about that. Again, it depends on what is contained in

the pigs in a blanket. (My DH calls sausage wrapped in pancakes PIB.)

I'd figure the weight for the roll(s) and use the points for hamburger

(assume the worst). Does 1/4 pound sound right? 6 points for 3 oz cooked

beef.

IF you feel that 1/2 the mixture was rice, adjust it accordingly. (1 cup =

4 points).

The cabbage and spices are free. The tomato sauce would be free (assuming

you didn't have more than 1/4 cup.

Hope I helped.
