Guest guest
I sure am weaker than I should be. I've always been quite muscular and strong for a woman, but here at 56 I'm as feeble as my mom was at 62 and she was a tiny woman who was of average strength for her size. Just 10 years ago I was still able to pick up 50 pounds and carry it. Now that milk feels very heavy to me and carrying around my 10pound little dog wears my arms out totally. I have Fibromyalgia and nerve damage in my cervical and lumbar spine. I guess reason enough for my weakness, but the body fatigue and muscle burn comes from the fibro I'm pretty sure. I often can't hold on to things, so dropping stuff is normal for me now too. Jennette
Guest guest
I have similar weakness and pain. I was recently diagnosed with Perpheral Neuropathy and had bloodwork to seek a cause. Much to my surprise the blood tests showed that I was extremely deficient in Vit D, Niacin, and Vit B. I am now on supplements and hope that I might see some improvement in the pain and weakness. I am astounded that it was my neurologist who ordered the blood tests and uncovered these deficiencies. a Jennette wrote: > I sure am weaker than I should be. > I have Fibromyalgia and nerve damage in my cervical and lumbar spine. Guest guest
I am always dropping things and I use to be able to pick up patients off the floor when they slid down. Now I am dropping things, not able to get up out of a chair without help, or get out of the tub without help. Now I don't take baths just showers.I have a bath seat for when my legs start getting weak. Gentle hugs, Ms.Katurah Jeannette wrote: I sure am weaker than I should be. I've always been quite muscular and strong for a woman,
Guest guest
I've never had a test for the niacin or B6. I was severely deficient of Vit D and now supplement 2000 of D3 per day. The doctor had me on prescription Vit D for 12 weeks about a year ago to bring my levels back up. I haven't read much about the B vitamins and what is normal or what to expect if they aren't. Anyone know more about it? I'm going to search for some information. Jennette >a wrote: > >I have similar weakness and pain.
