Anne,

I went to an Amozon " You Can Cure Yourself of Cancer " forum as it was on home

page as items of interest. They are un moderated and one guy thinks he knows it

all. I stated I was radiation therapist before and the things he was saying

about radiation therapy were not true, he was stating that it damages EVERYTHING

and you cannot do anything about it.

Come to find out he had unsuccessful treatment but he answered the post by

addressing the group and stating, is this a troll, is a word processor and he

doubts that I was a radiation therapist as I stated before and I did seem to

have some interest in the subject but definitely does not have accurate

knowledge. BOY, it was horrible how he puts people down.

You know me, I addressed a post about turmeric and that my Doctor recommended

for anti inflammatory issues and I even got turmeric chewing gum, I referenced

this with links.

He answered Turmeric is definitely not used for anti inflammatory and quite the

contrary, now he is addressing this to everyone but me. Then he states, Then she

talks about chewing gum in the

content of the a subject of an herb. Well, I took every issue he wrote about me

and radiation therapy and stated you cannot group and make an assumption as

different cancers are treated with different machines and they work very hard to

miss areas besides the tumor, and only focus the beam toward the tumor. I stated

they lead off areas they do not want radiated , if the beam extends beyond

tumor.

I tried to explain how the physicist calculates it and the team involved and

that they can rotate the machine to miss other organs and only the tumors

especially with breast and testicular cancers because they are above the body. I

used the Cancer Center of America's website that describes every machine and one

that does only go to tumor and stops and crumbles.

I addressed his " all or nothing thinking " as it was what he knows versus that

others are wrong.

He writes in prose and puts down anyone who writes simply and plainly and I

addressed his degrading others to inflated his ego and told him he has a

cognitive deficit that is all or nothing thinking and listed the link and told

him he should look in the mirror before he insults other.

I told him I left the typo and made multiple posts to see if he would just go

through the paragraphs and zero in on the typos and composition and he did just

that and never addressed any link I presented for reading or any content that

dispelled his stance. He takes articles and cuts and pastes them. For example,

he took an article on brain fog and cut the part that states long term effects

of some patients last for decades. He did not cut and past or reference the

total article for reading that many patients have no problems at all with brain

fog and many it is short term.

I referenced that this was done by scientific method or observation which is an

accepted methodology for reporting information.

He wrote to others that I was ignorant and any " elementary school " student knows

how to spell, that my form of thinking is " word salad " (where someone just puts

disjointed thoughts and he did not do this until I referenced a cognitive

deficit) Then he made remarks like, Maybe I should call . Then he

posted that some people that come there are from all walks of life and have

language barriers and Amazon should list underneath their names, second language

problem, He then continued to say he could understand because he had problems

with Spanish and German but was able to look things up before posting.

He negative posts continued that " Wonder how long she will last, should we play

taps for here, and we are taking bets on how long she lasts " . I posted that I

came to that forum thinking I could learn and maybe list something that might

add to the group but since they enjoy bantering and unkind remarks, they can

play taps now. I also stated that it is sad that a group of people that state

they are dealing with cancer or others with cancer do not realize the importance

of positive thinking and supposedly this was a natural therapy for cancer

website, no matter what supplements they take, the toxic thinking they display

will block healing and it is sad that one person that had unsuccessful results

with radiation comes and spews negative remarks about procedures that have

helped millions.

Also, when he insults others about not be intelligent or knowledgeable on the

subject, he doesn't even qualify his results as types, stages, and shape of the

immune system are all considered in the therapy and success of treatment. He

also stated that since I said that radiation can be " focused " with the beam to

the tumor , why can't it just be excised and my thinking is flawed.

Surgeons request radiation to shrink tumors or decrease incidence for metastasis

because when cutting open a cancerous tumor, it will spread in the bloodstream

He took my posts and did a fog index(as most know this is a way of scoring by

typos, paragraph construction, etc what grade level you are writing at) He

stated my earlier posts could not be proofed but my last, somewhat better was a

8th grade level and that was okay, because most people understand at an eight

grade level.

So Anne, your experience with other groups and this one makes me " ever so

thankful " for our moderators and a BIG THANK YOU, to them.

If anyone doesn't understand my posts, please let me know but I thought I wrote

so people could understand and this experience makes me love the members here

more, to know they look at the content and do not get caught up in the details.

This is one place it is important and it is sad that all my resources were not

even addressed, I reported this link as his original post, writing and stating I

am not a radiation therapist, I do not think, and I am unintelligent are

personal and actually harassment, I asked Amazon to close this site down. This

guy was gleeful that Amazon deleted my post when I called him a jerk and when

did he ever assist anyone with cancer rather that rant his thinking that are not

true. I posted that this is a serious subject and I was accused that my thinking

was dangerous stating that radiation only focuses on cancer cells and not normal

cells. He took all my posts out of context when I stated the beam is calculated

to target only cancer cells and not normals cells, he stated that only cannot be

used as one normal cell that is damages makes what I wrote as untrue. He stated

I also needed to post the truth, the whole truth and rattled on for quite a

while. If anyone has an interest, go to amazon.com and read the You Can Cure

Yourself of Cancer. You will laugh at the lady that put magnets in her bra , as

electro magnetic therapy she researched treats cancer and she put her heating

pad on the highest as she researched the thermal therapy cures cancer. She said

she cured herself.

I am sure you have better things to do but it will be a challenge , so everyone

play taps for me as Elvis has left the building and their toxic posts continue.
