Guest guest
Hello all,. I have finally had a date for my laprocopic procedure on April 16th not scared at all as I bit my nails, I have emailed my surgeons Secretary and asked could I please be allowed home the night of my procedure and the surgeon said providing I am well and eat after the procedure and nothing serious is found I can of course come home that night very very scared. My General Practitioner is very concerned over my pain and has left me up to my own devices of controlling the amount of pain relief I have The pregablin Lycria I can take up to 600mg of but not in one dose, he said I am able to up it as much as I need to but do not exceed that dose whatever I do. I finally have crutches to help me walk and they are a god send at the moment, only problem I forget to pick them up and put them in front of me so I go flying lol. I went to my parents caravan for a day and the walking around was ok I managed no crutches in the van but needed them after a while for support. The Physio agreed it could be Fibro roll on Pain management dr now. Can Fibro cause extreme tiredness I am so tired I am in bed and asleep before 7pm which is extremely early. I am struggling to be honest both physically and mentally the fact it takes me half an hour to have a shower now is scary I worry my parents at my deterioration in months I can barely do anything with out my face showing I am in so much pain. Has anyone else experienced sudden bout of bad bad pain whilst traveling by the car mine lasts the entire journey its so bad I am gritting my teeth it hurts so much, I am unable to move due to the space in the car being limited any advice, It's my legs and belly mainly but I am now getting pain in my shoulders and arms.
