Especially the brain. That is why in psych wards, where I used to work, and yes

they gave me a key to get out (which my husband always jokes with me about lol),

we always had a hard time with our residents during that phase of the moon.

I agree and this is proved by when the barometor drops also and I can tell my

I had known years ago how important it was to be hydrated, I would have feed my

discs. I was never a water drinker and neither was my Mom and I know that is so

important and the only time in my life I did hydrate well, I felt better. It was

strange, I had to drink lots and I felt bloated but then I finally got my thirst

reflex back and I was surprised I lost fifteen pounds in two weeks !

I was on a balanced diet, hydrated and eating well, Damn, what happens that we

don't stay that way.

This phenomenon on woman's cycles and if girls in a dorm or barracks will

sometimes change their period cycle that they become to the same as others has

always been something that was curious to me.
