Guest guest
Hi I go to the pain clinic tomorrow around 2pm cst for my consultation but I wanted to write down some questions and other things so they know certain things and I will bring some of my medicines along but one of them that I take is like 2 years old but it still works okay with me when I am able to take it. It has side effects and I only take it if I really hurt badly(and I broke them all in half too). So I don't feel I need to put that in my med bag that I have at the edge of my bed. I will see what they decide to do with me some what but most of the time when I go they tend to not know as much I have already learned. Let me know. I have to leave at 1pm cst to get there They know I have head neck, shoulder and back pain and right hip pain all over pain if you touch me I don't know if they know that. I didn't want them to have records because I wanted it to be a " second " opinion type thing. Thank you, G
Guest guest
I'd ask if they will be sharing your info with the government. The pain clinic I was sent to for an acute Crohn's flare up reported ALL my meds to the government (state AND federal) and said all of the meds were for " pain. " Only one was pain - tramadol - the rest were heart and gut meds. Idiots. Also ask if you'll get fired as a patient if you Do NOT take the meds ordered. Son number 4 was feeling better, didn't take the meds, didn't have enough in blood and was fired as a patient despite having the meds still in the bottle. Ask what conditions they will fire you as a patient are. Son has been fired from all docs in the southern part of Georgia and has to go OUT OF STATE for pain management. Ask if emergency room is allowed to give you pain med and if they do, will that cause them to fire you as a patient. Ask if they will fire you as a patient if you are not getting coverage for pain management and ask for something else to be tried. Hope this helps. Guest guest
, I would take EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you have!! Any old scans, tests, results, med reports, etc and medicine. Bring what meds you have that work and ad well as what doesn't work, regardless of how often you take it. The more info you can give them, the better they can help you (helpfully). wrote: > I go to the pain clinic tomorrow around 2pm for my consultation but I > wanted to write down some questions and other things so they know certain > things and I will bring some of my medicines along but one of them that I > take is like 2 years old but it still works okay with me when I am able to > take it.
