Hey Dawn,

I'm up for a water challenge!! Sounds like we all will be

swimming!! Good way to remind myself to drink, drink, drink, and

then pee, pee, pee., LOL.

Hope you are all well.

I've decided to participate in the water challenge today anyway... I'm

changing the rules for myself as follows:

1. Challenge refers to shower water, not drinking water.

2. Limit shower water running time to 20 minutes...(or anything under 35

minutes like the last one!)

3. Try not to fall asleep while allowing hot water soothe my back (falling

asleep in the shower can be harmful, particularly after surgery!!)

thats my water goal... I du no, could be a tough one!!

Please don't expect any stats... I thru out my scale and prefer to keep my

numbers private. Thanks!

Hi Ruthann, It is so hard to wait for the operation! I myself was very

stressed to wait, especially changing docters. Once that date is set Its

more stressful. Itoo use food to handle stress but I tried to eat things

that I would have after the operation and started traing for the operation.

Because it was painful to walk I tried swimming at the Y. And that was

easier in the therapy pool. But it was movement! And I tried dread of all

walking. At the mall. These little steps to get ready helped my mind as

well as my body. Maybe something like that might help you. Take care
