Great Pam! You looked simply marvelous when I saw you for sure! I wish we

lived nearby to walk together with some funky music playing, so I wouldn't

look like such an idiot dancing around by myself!

Re: Exercise

Lyssa,

I'm still exercising 3 to 4 times a week faithfully. When I started

out I could hardly make it around the track, now I do this thing called

(( Boot camp level 3)) It's a combo of Step 3,kick boxing 3, weight

training 3. This class is unreal. LOL And I can make the WHOLE class.

When I started walking, because that was all I could do. I used a walkman

with a tape player and lisitened to dance music " loud " . That really

helped me to get going. I don't think I would of kept it up without that

walkman. I still have a big apron but I hide it well with control

underware. My legs I can't hide so well, but with clothes on you really

can't tell. My arms have a lot hanging but what can ya do, right. I

would like to do something about my stomach and legs. My arms I suppose

I can live with. Anyway, that's it. A walkman really helped me.

Dawn,

you should do it anyway. I'm telling ya, When I do stuff that doesn't

involve a teacher to follow I still use my walkman. And I know I look

silly because I am doing my own little (kerokie?) Well, you know what I

mean. I am mouthing to all the words. Everybody knows me there now and

they know how focused I am, so who care how ridicules I look. If

anything it will help make sure people leave you alone cause they'll

think your a weirdo. I'm very comfortable with that.LOL Pam
