It is sad that even though my specialist sent him my lab testing and treatment plan, he was reluctant to believe people get yeast infections in their bowels. Very closed minded. Also, I encourage anyone with stomach and colon problems to get H-pylori testing, my Mother had it plus gastric ulcers for over forty years and when they did h-pilori test, it was positive and she had to go on extensive regime to kill it and she was older and it was very rough on her. I wish they would have found out that ulcers were caused by other things besides stress as that is all they ever told her and she had bacterial infection instead of her getting more stressed by being told she needed to have less stress to prevent stomact pain. I have seen her throw up large amounts of blood and double over in pain. Our families lived in Asia where stomach bacterias are common (from the water and improper food storage) and I got Shilegella from brushing my teeth in a hotel in Korea and I just forgot as we had to drink bottle water and the water is contaminated with all kinds of junk. It is bad when your stomach or colon does not " regulate " properly and I have just went through a week of getting " unplugged " as they say and I am back to high grain breakfast bars whether my ani inflammatory diet has it on there or not as being stopped up (constipated) hurts worse. I am sure others know what I mean. I now know why my dogs run and circles like they are so happy after going to the bathroom and old (which I am now) talked about bowel movements so much. I have arrived. Hope everyone else is " well regulated " and guts are well. Bennie
Guest guest
I have IBS and I have seen that my pain meds do aggravate it. I hate the " getting unplugged phase. " I have increased my consumption of yogurt and that has helped some. --- Bennie wrote: > It is bad when your stomach or colon does not " regulate " properly and I have just went through a week of getting " unplugged " as they say and I am back to high grain breakfast bars whether my ani inflammatory diet has it on there or not as being stopped up (constipated) hurts worse.
