L: Good thoughts are winging there way to you and Izzy...I'll say a little

extra prayer that Izzy feels better and that you are able to pack and take

your much needed vacation without feeling the " guilts " . Ben is a capable man

and I know that once Izzy feels better, has a lower temp, etc., you'll feel

better. Have a wonderful time away, enjoy and soak up the peace.

P.S.: I made a trip to the nutritionist on Monday because I have been

plateauing for sooo long. It must be something in the air these days that we

all have a need to see the nutritionist. I'll tell you, I felt 100% better

when I left . She has good and sensible ideas and is so encouraging.

I've already started putting her suggestions to work and hope to see a weight

loss (even 1/2 pound) within a very short time.

I'll be at the meeting tonight. I'm making an app. with a too. I've been

on a plateau for 2 months. Haven't lost or gained at all.
