Guest guest
Hi... This doctor clearly says " pyridamine, " not pyridim, for a pt being treated for a UTI. On Google, I only found a pyridamine used to treat allergies but not UTIs. Has anyone ever seen this drug being used for UTIs? Thanks for your help! Guest guest
Laur, I have checked everywhere I know of and sure can't find anything that shows pyridamine being used in this country. It is very, very common for doctors to pronounce drugs incorrectly. Pyridium is a urinary analgesic and is the only thing I can think of that fits your s/l. By the way, it is capitalized, as it is a brand name. I have known docs to very clearly mispronounce drugs many times. Margaret >>> " puddinandtobey " 09/29/02 07:59PM >>> Hi...
