I'm stooped over a walker, move at a snails pace. ALWAYS IN MUCH PAIN Lots of pain meds that are getting less and less effective. Part of the solution is to loose weight. I can't move to exercise, but can do pool. I'm working on that aspect. Hi Are you a candidate for bariatric stomach surgery? (stapling, banding etc) At one point I was 70 pounds above my ideal weight, but got my weight down to wear it should be by following " calories in, calories out. " I didn't eat more food than I was actually burning in a day. A person needs to be calorie conscious to succeed at this. Read labels for calorie and fat count, stay away from stuff that won't fill you up, but will fill you out etc. If that's not something you think you can do, than bariatric tummy surgery, might be the solution.
