Anne,

I am screaming and doing my EEEWWWWWWWWW dance for you (which really is just

lifting my legs off the ground in my current state) for you! Nothing personal,

please don't send him my way! I am so sorry you have to go through that!!

Be well,

Jen

Was it attached to the skin? If so, keep a watch on the skin, if it becomes red

at all, get the doc to look. I don't know if you can even take the antibiotic to

prevent Lyme's, come to think of it.

I can't take any of the " mycin " types.

Anne,

I lived on a farm when my Dad retired from the military, so it doesn't bother

me. I would keep it in jar in case something comes up, had he bit you ? That is

all you need! Time to put sevin dust down because it is safe and kills them in

home. My Dad had one hundred cows and I had to help castrate them in the days

before rubber bands, they would just be bawling when I put the black stuff on

their wound with a tongue depressor, back to their Moms.

They have thing called wolve or cattle grub which are larvae that the flies lay

beneath their skin, I used to squeeze them out as they were large and I wanted

the cow not to have them. I have treated screw worms where horns have been cut

off. You also have a tick check daily and learn the type of each one.

I can attest living on a Farm makes for interesting entertainment to include

knowing types of snakes, coyotes vs wild dogs, types of grasses, types of fish,

mating, birth and death.

I can say I really worked hard and enjoy the country where you can walk out and

look in the sky and it as if you can reach up and touch the little and big

dipper and other stars.

So cows are likeable also until the one I raised was slaughtered for our meals

and I did not know it to later. That is the downfall. Bennie

I live across from a nature preserve. And worked at a boy scout camp so I know

about ticks, bugs, bears, etc. I just don't like finding them on myself.

Bennie,

After the things you just describe, I think I will stay in the concrete jungle.

I get the heebee geebees from a fly. Next time I see a bug in my house, you

will hear me screaming!

Be well,
