Guest guest
Well, just when I thought things were going well, I developed cankers on the back of my throat and tongue - looked it up on the web and the symptoms were similar to Thrush - called the doctor and got a prescription, but believe me - it still is painful. Just a word of warning for those on anti-biotics - make sure you eat lots of yogurt to keep the healthy bacteria in your body up and running. Thrush is not fun!!! If anyone out there has experienced it - and knows of something to help with the discomfort - I'd be much obliged! W.
Guest guest
My goodness, W, if it's not one thing it's another. Thanks for the warning though, I'm still on the dreaded Cleocin and I would really hate to get something like that. I've been eating Breyer's CremeSavers yogurt, they have absolutely no fruit in them at all, so I can suck them through my teeth (messy, but delicious and healthy), I highly recommend, especially the raspberry flavor. My younger brother got me some Dananimals yogurt, which is Dannon kids' style, also with no fruit, they are pretty good too, but not as good as the CremeSavers. They have a better variety of flavors though, like Strawberry Kiwi and watermelon. Sorry about your mouth woes, hope it clears up soon.
