My lumbar puncture is today at 1 p.mm, check in at 12 p.m. CST and it is bothering me that I can't eat or drink until after the procedure. I can get a migraine from not eating, too bad they are not feeding me. I barely got my last nights pills in before 12 a.m., then allergies kicked in this morning and I can't take anything. Also my throat was probably raw due to acid reflux and I don't always get that. Sometimes it kicks in and other days it does not. Hope you all have a pain free week HUGS ps.
