I have his book --- it's wonderful-- I may (on occasion), have even referred to it as "my bible" But seriously, if you haven't already read it, I would recommend his book. Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 Hi there, I've been to both Dr.'s and I would not recommend Dr. Bock. He has huge issues getting organized and his office is worse. They have gotten my children mixed up at times. He comes to his appt.'s unprepared. Leafing through papers trying to find test results. He has prescribed medication and then his nurses and office staff are too busy to call the pharmacy for me to get the medications that he told me they need. I could go on. I think at one point he was good but he can't keep up with what's going on now. When we started seeing Dr. Rossingol he found things that Dr. Bock over looked. He sends me copies of my children test results. He's very organized. The staff is wonderful. He waiting area is child friendly. The experience has been night and day. Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 Casandra--you hit the nail on the head--Rossignol is obviously a great doctor, but his prep and his staff are both amazing and it makes such a difference. We went to another DAN! before him who needed admin help...badly. It shouldn't take 6 weeks to fax a piece of paper to me. Rossignol's office is on top of everything.
