You cannot chelate with amalgams in. I would consider

having them replaced with composites.

Subject: Amalgam fillings :-(

Last year my daughter had fillings put in. I told them I wanted the white

ones, and basically in the middle of the procedure the doc just grabbed the

metal ones and used them. I was opposed to having her sedated with other than

laughing gas so she wasn't exactly cooperative, and the doc was pretty fed up

with me, I guess (forcing him to torture her and all :::rolleyes:::) So while I

was opposed to the metal fillings, they are in my 5 yr old's mouth.

Well, I am just reading that we can't do any chelation while

they are still in her mouth. Ugh. (Would that include milk thistle as well?)

The " good " news is that her behavior didn't get

worse with the fillings; but I guess maybe it's because she is just releasing

the toxins at a slow rate ??? Since it's a baby tooth, it would seem pretty

silly to spend a huge amount of money to remove the fillings when the tooth

will be coming out itself??? I still have my amalgam ones in myself. :-(
