Guest guest
Hi all, Well come to find out today that the letter they sent to my PCP and not to me said that they don't treat migraines. ARG! Now I would have to call them back again just to let them know that I was going to go in for back, shoulder and neck pain. And I wanted a second opinion and start over. Granted I think this could be a sign to actually go closer to home (another pain clinic in the north that could treat me and it is only 40 miles away instead of 2-3 hours but the NW pain clinic only dealt with Only pain) now that we were able to get our house back and start paying Trial monthly payments again starting March 1, the payments are 300.00 more than what they were before. And not sure if they can do that but we get to keep the house.
Guest guest
Just wanted to let you know that even if I went to the pain clinic I wanted to start from scratch and that doesn't mean automatic pain medication and I don't expect to have that anyways. (the doctor that wrote was Mark and he does pain management, not sure what that means. I just went by an article he wrote " that if peoples pain was taken care of that they could function better in their lives " and that is why I had picked them.) I just wanted to be seen and see if anything else would work for me. Since now I think I am allergic to Lyrica and Neurotin even if it isn't the reaction the doctors expect. Lyrica, I get More pain from it when I take it Neurotin, my throat swells up when I went on my regular dose to help with my pain Thanks for listening HUGS G
Guest guest
. I see pain management doc for neck, shoulder and back pain. I have a history of migraines which have gotten worse with the arthritis in my neck. Although I in pain management for the arthritis in my neck, they are providing medication for my migraines. Perhaps your neck problem is contributing to your migraines. Maybe it would help to approach it that way with the pain clinic. Hope you get things straightened out soon. Lots of gentle hugs, Tami > wrote: > Well come to find out today that the letter they sent to my PCP and not to me said that they don't treat migraines. ARG!
