New with a question about implanted stimulator

Hello, I'm Kathy. I've been in chronic pain since 1967 or earlier. Major car

accidents damaged an already deformed spine. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and

Chronic Fatigue 1982.

My new pain management doctor suggested I have a stimulator implanted to help

with the back, leg and hip pain. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience

with one?

Did you do the trial period?

How many hours a day do you use it?

When was it implanted. Was it the more invasive implantation procedure or the

newer one?

Did you have trouble during the recovery?

Does the generator/battery cause you any problems?
