Guest guest Posted June 29, 2012 Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 It does get bad. I am luckier than alot of people I live near the Great Lakes and get lake effect. It is cooler here usually but not always. I have not used my window air conditioner yet but used fans three times already. I may use an ac if the humidity gets high. So we get cold winters with lake effect snow. Last winter it only snowed four times. But some we have had 40.
