Guest guest
Scientists in Michigan today confirmed earlier claims by a morbidly obese Michigan man that he does indeed have normal feet and genitalia. The man, who on January 1, 1999, was 50 years old, 67 inches tall and weighed 384 pounds (BMI of 57), had been unable to see south of his abdomen for nearly 20 years. His startling rediscovery came 91 days following MGB surgery in North Carolina, a procedure which to date has resulted in the loss of 100 lbs. Doctors also confirmed that over the same time period the man's blood pressure, formerly high enough to operate a fire hose despite two medications, had dropped to 117/76 without medication. His FBS has dropped from 370 to 104, according to scientists who verified the claim. Rutledge, MD, his surgeon, explained that an abdominal projection of the size created by 100 lbs of fat would obstruct sightlines sufficiently to prevent visualization not only of genitalia and feet but also of the Empire State Building viewed at a distance of less than 5 miles. Rutledge has a monograph in preparation on the general topic of the phenomenon of disappearing male genitalia in the morbidly obese. Publication has been delayed, however, due to cancellation of a grant to fund a global positioning satellite system and a graduate student with expertise in trigonometry. When asked how the rediscovery of the lower portion of his anatomy would affect his life, the man told reporters that after a period of discrete private viewing he planned to embark on a career as a nude model.
