Peggy - My doctor does not prescribe breakthrough meds either.

Makes me wonder how fast a pain management doc (or any MD or DO) would get

a prescription from one of his or her colleagues if the needed pain meds for if

the needed it for breakthrough pain, refills etc.  Do they have to wait several

days as well??
