Guest guest
We patch our daughters Microlink directly into the projector. Still not perfect, but it's the best we've ever had. We tried patching into the easy listener or the FM devices they have but they're seldom strong enough. Just hearing aids isn't enough for us in theatres... Anyone else do anything else? We'd love a perfect solution. the best is of course rear window captioning but we've found that only at the sonian and Disney World. K >>I called the theater and they have what he called an " easy listening " device, " Phonic ear " . I understand that this does not work with the hearing aids but basically amplifies all the sound. Hmmm...? Not exactly what I was hoping for since daughter's loss is pretty much from 1500 Hz and up. I'm afraid she'll be blown out by the low frequencies. Now I'm wondering if the aids alone would be better. Any suggestions? <<
Guest guest
The theater lets you patch the MicroLink directly into the projector? I never heard of this. That is very interesting.
