Tom,

I sent a post but it was deleted or sent before my checking it, so apologize to

moderators. The articles I read stated patients with gastric surgery are given

higher doses due to malabsorption and if your Doctor is testing you levels, I

would not worry but ask her about your levels.

My endocrinologist also told me that levels should be between 30 to 40 level at

least . My level was 13 and I knew it and they just were non specific at first.

I also have low thyroid levels so it is hard to know what is going on.
