Third! It's usually a component of the B that's the problem. Sometimes it's better to give B's individually at first so you know which one is the problem if there is one.

Second that - I had my DAN take B6 out his multi (as he was getting in other places) and wha la -- the aggression (and nightmares stopped.)

Someone else posted that at some point, and I was happy that I had read it because I knew that was an option. It worked!

I on the other hand probably need to add high dose B6.
