Writing/talking for others to understand (or for us to vent)

Hi

For me it helps me to write down what is going on with me. Some days this is my

journal or diary

If or when I can send the email is up to me and I have actually wrote emails and

not sent them due to my experience of others venting and they sent their email

to me which stressed me out to the point of me crying. That is also how I had

learned not to have to do that if it is a venting email. I wish I could explain

to my hubby how I am doing for him to understand and I appreciate all who read

this also for listening.

With him, I don't even know how much he realizes that he has depression as much

as I do and just makes it worse by drinking during the week when he gets home

and one day on the weekend. Now he is talking about going to TX again but it

ended up being so much money out to feed him and it isn't like he behaves then

either.

Alcohol can raise his b/p to the point where he was borderline stroke New Years

Eve on me and the kids.
