Guest guest
I heard something tonight on a program that really helped me, and I thought it might help some of you, too. 'You can't forgive someone who is not repentant. If they don't accept responsibility for their actions, then they are unforgivable.' I thought I was never going to be able to get better, because I could NOT forgive my mom. I thought I HAD TO forgive her in order for me to 'get well.' Well, that's a load of crap! It will help YOU to be able to let some of the anger go, because it keeps you mired in the past, but you DO NOT need to try to forgive the unforgivable!
