Guest guest
In order to search for prior posts, you have to be in the Yahoo Group. If you are just looking at your emails, then you will have to use your email program's search capabilities. Once in the Chronic Pain Yahoo Group, go to Messages. In the upper left even with the " Messages " text you just clicked, there is a small line that reads: Message # [ ] [Go] Search [ ] [search] Advanced If you type text into the box following Search and then press Search, you will get a rudimentary return. For example, when I type in " inflammatory " , I get 615 posts going back to 1997. If I type in " pain " , it tells me " Your search has returned more than 5000 results. Please try again with a more specific search. " You can also type in someone's name. So if I search for " " , I get 815 messages. Not all of them ones I posted. Some are referencing me, others are by a different . I can type in a user name, such as " lnelsongreen " , I get 154 results. All of them, I believe, are posts by me. To perform an advanced search, click the Advanced link. You can search for messages by using the following criteria: Date: Author: Subject: Message Body: Options: Special notice only Hope this helps,
