Side Effects of IV DMPS Challenge

Can anyone please share with me any side effects you have heard of or seen with an IV DMPS Chelation Challenge test. Our 4year old grandson began suffering from terrible increased stimming behavior following an IV Chelation challenge with DMPS. We were doing so well with calm behavior and increase cognition until the day after the IV challenge test with DMPS. Its now been over a week and the increased stimming is still through the roof not to mention his increased irritability and loss of appetite. Do you think this is due to the challenge test or could his Clostridia/yeast be back up? If it is the Clostridia/yeast than its such a coincidence that the stimming increased so dramatically the day after the IV. Thanks for your help as always we don't know what
