Starting MB12- dosing questions

I have wanted to start Methyl B12 for some time now and finally purchased some.

Being that I live in a small town in maine, I had limited options. I purchased

" NOW " brand MB12 100mcg Lozenges.

Any idea where I can find info on dosing? My daughter is 4. My husband and I

would also like to take it.

We thought about getting RevitaPops, but our daughter doesn't like sweets, so

she would never finish a pop= and the amount of MB12 in a pop is over

3,000mcg...

Any ideas?
