Guest guest
You could ask for an injection to numb the nerve, if you get relief, then you could go for the surgery, or just opt for numerous injections. My pain doctor suggested having an injection before surgery but I couldn't afford either at the time. Guest guest
Sue, , Susie in CA, It is in the back of the head and then it splits in 2 and runs behind both ears. wish I could say it worked for me. I am resigned to be on major drugs the rest of my life. Oh, well at least I tried. Becky > sioux wrote: > Where is the occipital nerve? Guest guest
Would you let me know what meds you are on for the pain in back of your head? I have the same problem and doc does not know what it is. Hugs, Rosie
