Guest guest
I have been able to get prepared for the blow up for years after I realized that Christmas time was gonna bring on the crazy. I thought it was the holidays but found out later it was related to a half brother that was given up for adoption before I was born. His birthday is January 5. My husband pointed out this month that my nada always has a blow up in the spring. I hadn't even noticed the cycle on that one, but he's right. Those are the only cycles I've identified by the time of year, but anytime things real " normal " and calm for awhile I start getting nervous waiting for the storm that will come after the calm. Intrested to hear what others have noticed. > > My mother has always gotten worst around this time of year. All through June it would become unbareable to live in our house growing up. Now that she is dementiad it is still the same. She was ranting and raving and banging on doors this morning. I've heard that other mental illnesses are cyclical and wondered what cycles you have all noticed in BPD parents. >
