Guest guest
Welcome to the group Jean. You will love it here. The moderators have a bountiful knowledge and are helping so much. I don't know how they do it. Either they are speed typers or work 24/7 Ha Ha. I suffer from chronic lower back pain called Lumbar Sacral Radiculopathy. At least that's what they say. I have Degenerative Disk Disease from L1-S1. My S1 is truncated and I think that means it's impinged or pinched. I have facet disease in the same places. I'm a nurse and should know that what truncated means but I'm a Psych nurse so that lets me off the hook ha ha. My pain runs across the lowest part of my back. Sometimes it's a deep pain I really can't describe. It feels like it is deep inside. Like a painful pressure pushing in unrelenting and steady. And other times, less frequently, its sharp. If I do any type of activity like yard work or housework like washing dishes or vacuuming it starts hurting. If I work at my job it always hurts and starts when I start working and progressively gets works until I am almost in tears. Vance
