Severe Elimination Problems

Hi All--

Normally, I would no write such a personal email to an online group,

but then again, we are a SUPPORT group and I'm assuming others have

been or are going through this.

Over the past week, I have been experiencing SEVERE ELIMINATION

PROBLEMS. This began very suddenly. This comes after no change in diet,

fluid intake, excercise, vitamins, meds, etc.

Because of this problem, I have INCREASED water consumption to a good 8

full glasses a day, three of which are mixed with Metamucil. I keep

telling my roommate that I'm going to devise an IV drip that I roll

around with me to administer the Metamucil 24/7.

I've increased fiber in my diet...I feel like all I care about is fiber

and water...UGH!

Any ideas? Anyone experience this and know what to do? I'm up sh*t

creek without a paddle...Need Help!
